The wait is finally over, Gamecock fans! The 2024 South Carolina Gamecock Football season kicks off this weekend with an exciting matchup against the Old Dominion. Coverage begins at 4:15 PM ET on the SEC Network, with kickoff scheduled for 4:20 PM ET. It promises to be a thrilling start to what could be a memorable season for our team.
While there won’t be an official Jersey Shore Alumni Club watch party this weekend, we’re excited to share that the UofSC Parents NJ Gamecocks Facebook Group will be hosting a watch party at the Asbury Ale House in Asbury Park. The festivities start at 4:00 PM, so come early, grab a drink, and get ready to cheer on the Gamecocks with fellow fans!
What to Expect This Season
This year’s Gamecock Football team is poised to make waves in the SEC. With a mix of seasoned veterans and promising new talent, the team is looking to build momentum. Keep an eye on our dynamic offense, led by LeNorris Sellers at quarterback, as well as a defense that’s hungry to make a statement. The coaching staff has been hard at work in the offseason, and we’re expecting some exciting changes in strategy and play-calling that should keep us competitive in every game.
